Introduction 

A simple view that allows you to see all key activities in one place, culminating in a Performance funnel that visualises the progression of Vacancies created, through to Placements, so you can better understand where you are losing business. Likely to be used by Recruiters and Team Managers rather than Senior management. 

Covering key metrics such as the number of Vacancies created, CVs submitted, Interviews arranged, Job offers made, Placements achieved and Deal values. 

These reports help you to assess your Recruiters' performances, while powerful analysis tools help predict future performance and encourage the right action. 

 

Report highlight

Gives a clear visual indication of where opportunity is potentially being lost, along with its associated revenue. 

Can be viewed at any time but likely to be viewed weekly to support 1-2-1s and Team-level reporting.

Summary of the main screen

1 Click on the funnel icon to open a filter panel for slicing and refining the data.
2 Each chart shows volumes of key activities undertaken.
3 Performance funnel includes volumes and % progression through each stage.


 

Report summary

The Recruitment Activity report shows different types of recruitment activity that have happened over the last 12 months. 

You can see the volumes of Vacancies created, number of CVs Submitted, First Interviews arranged, Offers Made by month and New Placements. And finally, you'll see the New Deal Value - the Gross Profit - associated with each of those Placements. 

The funnel chart at the bottom shows the volumes that have progressed through each stage of the recruitment process and displays the percentage each stage represents of both the previous stage in the process, and the percentage of the first stage (Vacancies created).  

You can cut and slice the data in different ways using the filters available. For example, you can use the Site filter to just review the numbers for a specific office, or the Primary Team filter to review a particular team’s performance. 



Glossary of terms for this report

  • by month - displays the current month-to-date and the preceding 11 months in total.    

  • New Deal Value - the Gross Profit of new Placements created in each month normalised, based on base currency amount. 

  • Percent of first - the volume that have progressed to each stage compared to the total volume of Vacancies created, as a %. 

  • Percent of previous - the volume that have progressed to each stage compared to the total volume in the previous stage, as a %.
