Introduction

Targets that are displayed in the Mercury Analytics Consultant Dashboard and Manager: Performance vs Target report are created, configured and assigned in the Mercury Admin app in order to flow through to the Power BI report.

Managers can create a name for a target against a pre-set Key Performance Indicator (KPI), decide the frequency the Consultant will be targeted on, and the target itselfThis target can then be easily assigned to one or many Consultants.

Step 3

Under the Targets entity is where a User (normally a Team Manger) can create a New Target and give it a Name. They can then:

  • Associate it to one of the 15 pre-set KPIs.

  • Set a Frequency (Daily, Weekly or Monthly).

  • Determine the Target itself (a Count for most KPIs, or a monetary value for Placements by Value).

  •

Step 4

When a Target has been created, it can be saved and then assigned to one or many individual Users.

Step 5

When an individual Consultant who has had Targets assigned looks at the Consultant Dashboard, they will then see something similar to below, featuring only their own data. The dials show performance against targets and the cards show: upcoming activity reminders, placement info, recruitment activity, and business development activity.

For more information see Overviews > Consultant Dashboard.

When a Manager looks at the Manager: Performance vs Target report in the Analytics app, they will then see something similar to below, featuring their team (and individual team member) data. The headlines represent all-time performance, and the dials/graphs below show the performance against targets.
