Utilise Mercury's AI in creating information surrounding a Vacancy within the CRM. Automatically create relevant text relating to the following features which save back to the Vacancy on the CRM:

How 

Build out the perfect Vacancy using VacancyAI. Input some basic details about the vacancy and generate information that can be edited and reviewed. Information generated is saved and added to the Vacancy under Activities & Description

 

Basic Information

VacancyAI will automatically generate information specific to the selected material type selected from the tabs available. The more basic information given, the more relevant the generated output. Generated information can be manually edited or regenerated, including automatic change of word count (i.e. made shorter or longer). 
 

Job Title: Populated from Vacancy, can be edited to reflect a more specific role (e.g. Graduate Developer, Junior Developer, Senior Developer, etc.).

Sector: Populated from Vacancy, can be edited. 

In (Location): Populated from Vacancy, can be edited. This free text field can also include information about Location, Distance and Workplace requirements (e.g. Brighton based with three days in office or Remote but required to be within 50 miles of Essex).

Further Information: Use this field to add additional details not covered in the main Vacancy. Keep sentences short and separate with a full stop. Character limit of 150. 

Language: Change the language the information is generated in. Default is English (US). 

 

Review and Saving Generated Text

Before creating Vacancy information. please be aware of the steps required to save and publish text to the Vacancy. A review is required for the Job Advert, Email and Qualifying Q&A tabs. Once the responses are generated, a RAG status underneath the tab will indicate if it has been reviewed or saved back to the Vacancy:
 

  • Red - Not Reviewed or Saved to the Vacancy 
  • Amber - Reviewed but not Saved to the Vacancy 
  • Green - Reviewed and Saved to the Vacancy 

 

 

Job Advert

VacancyAI automatically generates a Job Advert for the current Vacancy, bringing through key information such as Sector and any Tags associated to the Vacancy. Information created for a job advert includes (but is not limited to): Vacancy Type header, Tag line to grab attention, key highlights (Position type, Location flexibility, Sector-specific experience, Skills (derived from Tags) and closing statement(s) relating to the Candidate's experience and/or relevance to the role.

 

Example: Create a Job Advert for a Contract hybrid/remote Graduate QA role in Finance based in Essex, where a relevant undergraduate degree is required:

 

 

 

Email

Information created for an email template includes (but is not limited to): Job description, key aspects and Qualifications/requirements, Location and any office requirements, and closing statement(s) relating to the Candidate's experience and/or relevance to the role. The generated email can be used as a template within the Email Editor as a merge field once saved to the Vacancy (this is set up within Config).

 

Example: Create an email for a Permanent Music Therapist role, based in hospitals in Newcastle-upon-Tyne:

 

 

 

Qualifying Q&A

A series of 5 questions are automatically generated which can be asked pertaining to the role, with suggested points that could be covered in any responses.  The response can be regenerated to create more questions if more than 5 are required. Creating questions relevant to the role is incredibly useful for Recruiters who may not be familiar with the requirements for a specific Vacancy.

Job Title Explained

Provide benefit for Recruiters not regularly working within a sector by using VacancyAI to explain and elaborate on a Job Title. Information returned includes an introduction to the role, potential sectors, similar job titles and roles potentially suitable. The information returned is read only and cannot be made shorter or longer.

Tags Explained

Tags associated with a Vacancy can be elaborated on using VacancyAI. The information returned is read only and cannot be made shorter or longer.

Useful Information

Additional information about a Vacancy, including an introduction to the Role and Sector and an overview of a typical day, can assist Recruiters in providing additional context, which can be used in other sections of the Vacancy Enrichment, e.g. adding what a typical day might look like for a Vacancy within a job advert.
