In Search

1. Go to Vacancies within Mercury.

2. Select a Vacancy by selecting the blue check-box.

3. Select Search from the top navigation ribbon.

4. Select Search Candidates.

 

5. Search will open in the context of the selected Vacancy.

6. The Job Title and Location (Distance) filters will pre-populate within quotation marks. Job Title will search for Candidates who currently, or previously held that position. 

7. Other filters, such as Tags may pre-populate if it is included in the Vacancy record. Pre-populated filters will be indicated by a blue or orange dot above the Search and Filter tabs. 

 

 

8. The Vacancy filter will show a suggestion of the vacancy you launched from. Optionally hide this suggest, or add it to the search query.

 

 

9. Click + Add Flag. 

10. Select a flag. Only one flag can be added per Candidate per Vacancy. 

 

 

11. Candidates in the context of this Vacancy can then be filtered by Flags

 

 

In Mercury 

1. Within a Mercury Contact record (Candidate) or a Vacancy record, go to Related > Search Flags

 

 

2. Under the Search Flags tab, view associated vacancies and flags with a Candidate. You cannot edit or delete Search Flags from Mercury.

Managing Flags

Flags can now only be created, edited, deleted, etc. by admins. Within the Support area, under Flags.

 

Additional information 

  • Flags added to a Candidate are unique to the Vacancy you are searching against. These flags will not be visible against the Candidate if they appear in a general search or different Vacancy search.
     

  • Flags will autosave in relation to a Vacancy; there is no need to save the query.
