The Flag function can highlight potential Candidates who may be suitable for a role, before adding to a Hot List or a Shortlist.

How
- The search is run in context of the Vacancy, therefore there is no need to populate the Vacancy filter or Job Title filter.
- Flags can be added to potential Candidates; up to 10 flags can be available. Only one flag can be added per Candidate per Vacancy.
- Results can then be filtered by Flags to view selected potential Candidates for the role.
Additional information
- Flags added to Candidates are only visible in Search, not in the CRM.
- Flags will autosave in relation to a Vacancy; there is no need to save the search Filter.
