Use and function of Flags

What

The Flag function can highlight potential Candidates who may be suitable for a role, before adding to a Hot List or a Shortlist.  

Where

Home > Vacancies > select a Vacancy record > Search > Mercury Match To Vacancy.

How

1. The search is run in context of the Vacancy, therefore there is no need to populate the Vacancy filter or Job Title filter.
    
2. Flags can be added to potential Candidates; up to 10 flags can be available. Only one flag can be added per Candidate per Vacancy. 
    
3. Results can then be filtered by Flags to view selected potential Candidates for the role.

Additional information 

• Flags added to Candidates are only visible in Search, not in the CRM.
   
• Flags will autosave in relation to a Vacancy; there is no need to save the query.
