What

We have recently added the ability to upload and parse a CV via the Candidate card.

NOTE: This currently is only available for customers using the Textkernel integration.

Customers using DaXtra will be able to use this functionality after the DaXtra on-demand parsing work is completed and released with Mercury v31. We will let you know when this is released.

Where

7. To use the alternative method of drag and drop, simply drag your file from wherever it is stored and then drop it onto the upload panel:

8. Whichever method you use, once it is done you will see the file is put in Pending Upload status.

NOTE: At the moment you can only upload a CV via this method. You are not able to delete it from here, so this just makes sure that the correct file is ready to be uploaded.

9. If it is not the correct file, click Remove File:

10. If it is the correct file, click Upload File:

11. You will see a message asking if you are happy to upload this file. Click OK.

12. The CV will then be uploaded and viewable within the Candidate card. You may need to refresh the page for it to appear:

13. As previously stated, you are not able to delete the file from here but you can add an additional file. To do that click Upload:

14. You will then see the same panel as previously, and you can follow the same steps as before:
