NPS surveys can be used in three areas in the recruitment process, click on the link to jump to the relevant section:
How
Interview Survey
This survey is sent once an interview is created at any stage (e.g. First, Further, Final) from a Shortlist. For more detail, see Progressing a Candidate to Interview stage.
Candidate: sent to personal email address
Client Contact: sent to work email address
Email Invite
The recipient of the survey will a Customer Voice Survey Invite to their email. Follow the link in the email to open the survey in a new tab.
Survey Invite Timeline Entry
This will also be added as an entry to the Timeline in the corresponding Shortlist record as a Customer Voice survey invite.
Survey Invite Record
Open the survey record to see detailed information about the survey, including the Survey Invite status, Status Reason, and to check for any Invite failure reason.
NOTE: The Status Invite status will update from Started > Responded once the survey has been completed.
Survey Example
Here is an example of questions that could be included in a Final Interview Survey sent to a Candidate. Once they complete the form and click Submit, the responses are recorded.
Survey Response Timeline Entry
Once the survey has been completed, it will be added as an entry to the Timeline in the corresponding Shortlist record as a Customer Voice survey response.

Open the survey record to see the Responses, Satisfaction metrics, and Personalization details.
Placement Approval Survey
This survey is sent once a Placement is approved (from the status of 'Approval Complete'). For more detail, see The Placement Life Cycle or Approving a Placement.

This survey is sent, a configurable number of days, after a Placement has started (based on the Start Date). For more detail, see The Placement Life Cycle.
Specific surveys can be sent out depending on the Placement type (Contract, Temporary, Permanent).

Customer Voice
Use Customer Voice to view response data for a survey. Select from the list under Surveys in the side-menu, then select the Send tab.
Under Reports in the side-menu, view collated results for all responses to a survey.
Additionally, when adding NPS metrics to your survey, a view of each response can be viewed from the Satisfaction metrics section, and can be filtered with the controls in the top right across dates and survey type.
