What
Bookmarks allow users to create and toggle between multiple filter selections, saving time on manually selecting Timeline filters. Bookmarks can be added to any timeline, on any record type (Client, Candidate, Vacancy, etc.).

1. Go to the Timeline of a record. In this example, a Client record is used:
2. Click the Filter button and select which filters to save to a Bookmark. In this example, the timeline is filtered to only show overdue Phone Calls.
3. With filters selected (shown by a black filter icon), click the Bookmark button and select Add Bookmark.
4. The bookmark must be given a name. Optionally, set this bookmark as the default view for the record. When finished, click Save.
5. When the timeline is being filtered using a bookmark, both the bookmark and filter icon will be black.
Additional Information
When more than one bookmark exists in a Timeline record, the total number will show within a blue circle (2), and the currently filtering the timeline is highlighted in grey. Select the ellipsis menu on a bookmark to rename, update, or delete it.
