Report summary

Starters:

Bar chart shows fluctuations in new GP and placement volumes over time.

Breakdown by status categorizes the current place within the recruitment pipeline (e.g., live, complete, pending). This enables operational teams to monitor pipeline stages, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize follow-ups or interventions.

By viewing team or site contribution across two metrics (New GP and Volumes) aids in supporting performance benchmarking, resource allocation, and recognition of high-performing groups.

Lost Revenue:

Highlights lost revenue and tracks monthly gross profit changes. This helps identify missed opportunities and highlight the financial impact of delays or cancellations.

Breakdown by non-starter status categorizes non-starter Candidates by the furthest ‘Cancelled’ status reached within the recruitment pipeline. This helps distinguish placements that were actively withdrawn or terminated from those still pending or delayed. This clarity allows teams to identify patterns in cancellations—whether due to client decisions, candidate withdrawals, or internal issues. This is further identified by viewing GP loss by specific Client or Consultant. Categorizing GP loss in these ways can help undercover underlying issues such as as poor candidate matching, delayed paperwork, or misaligned expectations. Addressing these root causes improves future placement success rates.
