View total number of Days and Hours on a Timesheet
There are two new fields on a Timesheet showing a summation of the Day and Hour Units of all its related timesheet lines. This will allow you to easily view the Days and Hours worked without having to open the full Timesheet, making it faster to get the information that you need, as well as enable you to use this information in reports. Note - these are calculated only on submission of a timesheet via the candidate portal or when a recruiter manually edits a line and saves a submitted timesheet.
Candidate Company ID
There is a new Candidate Company ID field which will enable you to use a unique identifier for different Timesheet integrations. This will help to ensure that the Candidate Company will always have an individual ID and reduce duplications.
Add Transaction and close Timesheet are now available
You can use ‘Add Transactions’ on an existing Timesheet in a Placement so that you are able to complete Timesheet data on behalf of a Candidate which will improve Timesheet completion and ensure that they are approved quickly. You can ‘Close’ the Timesheet during this process to make sure that only one person can edit at a time.
