Views:
Navigate to the relevant Placement and click on the Compliance tab.
 
Open the Compliance Evidence by clicking on the name in the Evidence column.
 
 
If the Compliance Evidence is in a Submitted status with the document uploaded to SharePoint, you will find the buttons Checked and Reject in the menu.
 
 
 

Clicking on Checked will set the status to Checked, Validity to Valid and set the Checked On/By values.
 
Clicking on Reject will set the status to Rejected, Validity to Invalid and set the Rejected On/By values.
 
If you wish to add Valid From/To dates, these will need to be entered manually before clicking on the Checked/Reject buttons.
