What

Within the Applicants menu, when accessing a record, there is now an updated version of the Applicant form which can be utilised in several ways. This form now contains features that can still be found from other records, such as the Contact and Hotlist.
 

Where

Home > Applicants > Select a View and/or apply any Filters as normal > Double click into any empty/blank part (ie. avoid the labels/hyperlinks) of a row (ie. record) 
 

How

1. You can see that this provides the information required for Consultants to make key decisions without having to leave the Applicant record:


  

2. A key feature within the form is that Consultants are able to progress Candidates via the Applications area. This will greatly help users in performing functions that had to be conducted elsewhere, but are now all in one place:





3. New and existing Tags can be created/assigned from the Tags menu. This will allow users to group Cndidates with key phrases that can be searched anywhere within Mercury:
 




4. From the Applicants area, users are able to add or remove Candidates from any Hotlist. Within this area users can access the Hotlist remotely; they can also return to their Applicant form by using the back button or viewing the Applicant form from the Recent area:



 

5. View which vacancies the current Applicant has been assigned to. Also, from this area the Applicant can be assigned to another Vacancy via the Quick Create: Shortlist function:



 

6. Users can also see if their Applicant has applied for any role via the Applications area:



 

7. Users can input extra information against their current Applicant which can be utilised in future searches:



 


8. Within the form, users can log any Tasks, Appointments, or Phone Calls from this area. The Timeline will contain a useful summary of what actions have been taken so far and what is outstanding:



 

9. If the Applicant's CV has been parsed through Daxtra, it will be shown within this area allowing users to overview the document:
