This article explains how to map the Mercury User Account to the owner of a CloudCall Account.

NOTE: The instructions in this article can only be carried out by your organisation's System Administrator.

 

Where

Apps > Published Apps > CloudCall Admin Hub

 

How

Change the view to All CloudCall User Settings, then search for required existing CloudCall user: 


1. Select the CloudCall user.

2. Click on Assign.

3. Where it says Assign to, change this to User or team.

4. Where it says User or team, search for and select the Mercury User Account.

5. Click on Assign.
