1. What fields does Shortlist AI use to match against on the Vacancy?
Information created for a Summary includes, but is not limited to: Current Professional background, Achievements, and Awards, Skills & Proficiencies.
It compares the Candidate Education / Work History / Tags / CV, based on what you select on the interface.
It compares this against the Internal Job Description / Tags / Sector /Job Title and anything input in the Additional Details section of the interface.
2. In Shortlist AI and Summary AI you can select to use the CV to generate an output. Does this work if the CV is uploaded, rather than being parsed via the parsing email address?
The CV does not have to be parsed. It doesn't matter how the CV gets there, so long as it's a docx format in the Candidate's CV folder in SharePoint.
Shortlist AI automatically generates a shortlisted Candidate summary in context of a Vacancy, bringing through key information from either the associated CV, or from data saved against the Candidate within the CRM.
Information created for a Summary includes, but is not limited to: Candidate introduction in relation to the Vacancy, Key Skills, Key Achievements and further information, including Recruiter contact details.
3. Is there a way to set a default language for Vacancy AI rather than it always opting for English?
Not at the moment; it defaults to English.
